Samuel Boucké

Short bio

Samuel is a doctoral fellow with the institute for International Research on Criminal Policy (IRCP) at the faculty of law and criminology, at Ghent university since March 2025. He obtained his master’s degree magna cum laude in international politics and diplomacy (Ghent university, 2023). The focus of his master’s thesis was on Grand Strategy and Strategic Simulations. This thesis was named the best thesis in the political sciences of that year. At the moment, he is part of the AHEAD research of the Horizon Europe project on strategic foresight.
