Short bio
Nele Audenaert is a PhD researcher (Special Research Fund) at IRCP, Ghent University. Her research focuses on European criminal law and more specifically on the need to create a common judicial philosophy in criminal matters for prosecuting and sentencing multi-offenders in the light of some fundemental and procedural safeguards.
