Cyrine M’Sadek

Cyrine M’Sadek holds a Master of Laws (University of Ghent, 2020). Having first worked as a lawyer  and then for the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Board of Prosecutors-General, Cyrine is now an academic assistant and PhD researcher at the Department of Criminology, Criminal Law and Social Law of the Faculty of Law and Criminology at the University of Ghent. She assists Prof. dr. Tom Vander Beken in courses such as criminal law and criminal policy. As of 2024 she is a member of the Institute for International Research in Criminal Policy (IRCP), where she is conducting a doctoral research under the supervision of Prof. dr. Tom Vander Beken.
